Various restrictions apply based on location. Certain locations may face shipping limitations - unfortunately shipments cannot be sent to Russia and Belarus due to regulatory constraints and I am hoping to solve this issue soon. It's essential for customers to check the specific policies of each retailer to understand where items can be delivered. Additionally, some crafts may have restrictions based on size, material, or regulations regarding customs. To ensure a smooth transaction, buyers should be aware of these factors and verify shipping options before making a purchase.

Please note: Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by their country for the delivery of original paintings and limited edition prints. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are the buyer’s responsibility.

Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so please check with your local customs office for more information. Delays due to customs are also beyond my control and may affect delivery times.

I use different shipping companies for better service. For shipments that do not require special handling I use local mail service, for parcels that DO require care I may use company services like FEDEX / DHL or other, depending on your location.
